I received this ring as a birthday present for my 21st birthday from my parents. It is an absolutely gorgeous ring and goes perfectly with the rings I already have. When I tried it on initially, it fit, but the next day, when the weather was slightly warmer, my hands had swollen, and it was too tight. I emailed, and Puneet was lovely, reassuring, and a great help. She resized it for me at no extra cost, with an extremely quick turnaround (1 day!). Would definitely recommend. Really pretty ring in a vibrant blue that perfectly matches my teal velvet dress. The small stone gives a delicate look; the colour gives it impact and the whole looks more expensive than it actually is. Simply beautiful.

I purchased a beautiful ring from Lunar Moth Jewellery for my granddaughter for Christmas. Sadly, it was just a tad too big, so I emailed Puneet — and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with what happened next.

Puneet went above and beyond. They explained that because of how this statement ring is made, resizing it would have meant cutting and soldering the band. With the stone set into a bespoke bezel, that process could risk damaging it, and rather than take that chance with the ring, they remade the ring entirely instead.

The level of care, craftsmanship, and customer service is exceptional. I am absolutely thrilled and so grateful for the thoughtfulness shown throughout the whole process. The ring itself is stunning — the colour is beautiful — and most importantly, my granddaughter absolutely loves it.
